The cutting board easily lifts out to move the prepared ingredient to the griddle or to drop scraps directly into the garbage bag below. The Blackstone Natural Gas Conversion Kit with Orange Connection allows you to convert your propane griddle to a natural gas griddle quickly and easily.Note: Not all Blackstone griddles can convert to natural gas.  

Blackstone has two different natural gas conversion kits available for griddles between 28″ and 36″.
