This two-shelf utility cart is constructed to carry hefty loads while lasting for years to come. Four 5″ heavy-duty casters, two stationary and two full-swivel with locking brake, help the cart smoothly roll across hard floors, rugs, cement and other surfaces and two locking brakes make it easy to secure the cart in place.
