Thoughtfully designed, the upgraded shelf makes cooking on the griddle more enjoyable and convenient with a built-in cutting board, garbage bag holder, and paper towel holder. The cutting board easily lifts out to move the prepared ingredient to the griddle or to drop scraps directly into the garbage bag below. Simply remove the original right-side shelf and replace it with the Blackstone 36” Accessory Side Shelf to begin cooking with less hassle. *Fits on Blackstone 36” Griddle Cooking Station with lower shelves (1554, 1565, 1560, 1836, and 1825).

Spreading butter has never been easier with the Blackstone Butter Roller. This handy accessory eliminates the difficulty of attempting to spread cold butter or trying to melt butter on a stovetop. Made of durable stainless steel and designed to be placed directly on your griddle top, this roller makes it easy to butter up rolls, buns, and bread. Use the lid to save unused butter for later, or use the pour spout to empty the tray of butter.

Cooking for a crowd? Make the worst part of cooking the easiest with the Blackstone Grease Cup Liners. Our patented rear grease griddles make it easy to manage the grease, but our liners make disposal mess free. Place the liner in the grease cup before you start cooking and once you are done, push the excess oil and scraps of food to the back of the griddle to the rear grease opening. The liner will catch all the mess easily.
