Place the liner in the grease cup before you start cooking and once you are done, push the excess oil and scraps of food to the back of the griddle to the rear grease opening. The liner will catch all the mess easily. Once the liner is full, simply discard it and replace it with a fresh one to make clean up a breeze.These liners are designed to fit the following Blackstone REAR Grease Griddle units:36-inch, 28-Inch, 17-Inch, Range Top Combo & the ProSeries.
