Thoughtfully designed, the upgraded shelf makes cooking on the griddle more enjoyable and convenient with a built-in cutting board, garbage bag holder, and paper towel holder. The cutting board easily lifts out to move the prepared ingredient to the griddle or to drop scraps directly into the garbage bag below.
