The cutting board easily lifts out to move the prepared ingredient to the griddle or to drop scraps directly into the garbage bag below. Simply remove the original right-side shelf and replace it with the Blackstone 36” Accessory Side Shelf to begin cooking with less hassle. *Fits on Blackstone 36” Griddle Cooking Station with lower shelves (1554, 1565, 1560, 1836, and 1825).
