Place the liner in the grease cup before you start cooking and once you are done, push the excess oil and scraps of food to the back of the griddle to the rear grease opening. The Blackstone Natural Gas Conversion Kit with Orange Connection allows you to convert your propane griddle to a natural gas griddle quickly and easily.Note: Not all Blackstone griddles can convert to natural gas.  

Blackstone has two different natural gas conversion kits available for griddles between 28″ and 36″.
