Blackstone has two different natural gas conversion kits available for griddles between 28″ and 36″. Give your Blackstone 36” Griddle the upgrade you and it deserves with the Blackstone 36” Accessory Side Shelf. Thoughtfully designed, the upgraded shelf makes cooking on the griddle more enjoyable and convenient with a built-in cutting board, garbage bag holder, and paper towel holder. The cutting board easily lifts out to move the prepared ingredient to the griddle or to drop scraps directly into the garbage bag below. Simply remove the original right-side shelf and replace it with the Blackstone 36” Accessory Side Shelf to begin cooking with less hassle. *Fits on Blackstone 36” Griddle Cooking Station with lower shelves (1554, 1565, 1560, 1836, and 1825).
